SAND SPRINGS, OKLAHOMA-  BETHANY HOLINESS CHURCH - PASTOR DARRELL TOLIVER

We were excited to receive Pastor Darrell Toliver's invitation to come and minister at his church. It is a beautiful church with a great vision to reach the community for Christ. In fact, their growth is ongoing at this very time as they remodel the fellowship hall and outreach center. You can feel their passion for the lost and their heart for people. Their desire is to better reach more for the Lord as they administer a wonderful K-12 Christian School, the Outreach/Homeless Ministry, and Jail Ministry.

BETHANY HOLINESS CHURCH

Our first service was to the outreach congregation, most of whom had been bussed in to the meeting. Outreach Pastor Earl Wayne Krumsiek directed as this large group of needy people joined in singing and clapping. There were smiles, and enthusiasm as some stood, others sat, but most looked on with attention. We sang "Jesus is Still the Answer" knowing that He alone could reach into these souls. As Brother Goodwin preached God moved in lives and brought many to the altar seeking the Lord.

Brother Earl Wayne is standing here with Jordan who was among those who prayed and wept at the altar. When he got up he said "I'm saved!" and meant it. Pastor Toliver reported, "It was a powerful service today!!"

An earlier example of God's mighty work through this homeless ministry is seen in this picture.

Rev Earl Wayne Krumsiek, (Left) Homeless Outreach pastor, and Rev. Jeff Armbrister (right) stand with a man whose life was changed because of Jesus. After praying through at the altar he is handing in a razorblade that he kept in his wallet, "in case he ever felt he couldn't make it anymore he could end it all." His testimony was "I can't ever imagine needing this now."

Expectations were high for what God would do in the morning and evening services.

Pastor Toliver ministered the word with a great burden in the morning service and Brother Goodwin preached again in the night service. The pictures give just a taste of the kind of Holy Ghost power that was present to reach down and touch many lives.

THANK YOU BROTHER TOLIVER AND BETHANY HOLINESS CHURCH FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF MINISTERING IN YOUR CHURCH.
THE HOSPITALITY AND FELLOWSHIP WERE A GREAT BLESSING.
