SEPTEMBER 18-21, 2011 - VALLEY MISSION PENTECOSTAL CHURCH - PASTOR BILLY FREEMAN

We were grateful that we were able to get to the "holler" in response to Pastor Billy Freeman's invitation.  The last time he invited us the meetings had to be cancelled due to extreme ice and snow.  We understand they also have times of extreme flooding. God bless the Freemans for their faithfulness to the church through ice, snow, and flooding!!! It was a joy to be here and to have opportunity to seek the Lord for His divine direction for these services. It is wonderful to know that He cares for each church and each pastor and desires His best for them.

For the first services on Sunday Sister Goodwin taught a combined group, and Brother Goodwin preached. It gave us time to meet the people and to sense the leading of the Lord.

Pastor Freeman has good help with music. He plays piano, and guitar and has a wonderful voice. Numbers of others play their beautiful instruments that add to the spirit of the services.

As the revival meetings continued the Lord stirred hearts and met needs in many lives. We praise Him for His presence and the move of His Spirit that worked in each service. One lady testified that she came back to the Lord and a new commitment on Monday night.

We appreciated having several visiting ministers, and people from other churches. It was great to see Brother and Sister Jeff Bond and Caleb, Brother Cletus McClain, Brother and Sister Don Harris, and so many more!

Sister Freeman was a great hostess as she provided such delicious meals for our lunches and after church. Don't tell anyone about her coconut cream pies, or chocolate pie, or the pecan chocolate chip pie, or they will all be knocking at her door! We enjoyed the times of fellowship together and all the shared memories that Brother Freeman and Brother Goodwin had.

A GREAT MEXICAN
MEAL!

GOD BLESS BROTHER AND SISTER FREEMAN AND
VALLEY MISSION PENTECOSTAL CHURCH!
